Client Happenings: Kukuwa

As part of our Blog, we wanted to begin recognizing our clients and friends beyond the standard press releases and media outreach. With a truly unique fitness brand built on pure passion and determination, Kukuwa continues to expand around the globe; adding new trainers worldwide and providing fitness vacations in some of the most exotic destinations. For a woman who was born in Ghana, educated in Paris, speaks multiple languages, worked as a linguist for World Bank and loves to travel; the direction her brand is now going is destined for further international success.

Last month, Kukuwa was invited to attend The Asia Fitness Convention to personally showcase to all the attendees, press & media the full strength of the Kukuwa African Dance Workout. Thailand will never be the same! It only took a few days for word to spread, and before the end of the week, Kukuwa was being approached by additional fitness outlets wanting more "Kukuwa" throughout Asia, Australia and the Middle East. It's obvious that everyone loves the authentic African music, moves & routines that make this workout a blast!

The genuine routines burn more calories and produce more fun than almost any workout available today. These workouts are specially created for men, women, seniors, kids and teens...

DC Travel & Adventure Show


While DC is best known for politics, we enjoyed spending some time with the travel, tourism and destination experts who were in town for the Travel & Adventure Show. In addition to meeting up with several DC-based travel writers and bloggers, we were able to hear from Pauline Frommer, Patricia Schultz, Marc Peyser and one of our favorites, Travel Channel's Samantha Brown. Thanks to everyone for your contributions during this time in DC.

NY Times Travel Show 2012


Though there is never enough time to see and do everything, we want to thank everyone that contributed to the show this year. It was a pleasure seeing everyone we did... and for all others, hope to see you soon!

It's funny how it always feels like 90% of the people involved are either travel agents or travelers looking for ideas for honeymoons and family vacations... However, as always, being within a single location with representatives from so many great destinations and industry professionals is inspirational to pack the bags and continue traveling.
